Dispute Resolution:
If you need to raise a complaint, we ask that you follow the process outlined below. This ensures we can handle your concerns efficiently and work to regain your confidence.
Begin by gathering all relevant documentation, outlining the questions you’d like answered, and identifying your preferred resolution. Then, reach out to your account manager directly. The sooner we are made aware of your concerns, the faster we can respond.
If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request that it be escalated to their supervisor. If the matter still remains unresolved, you may ask your account manager to escalate the issue to our Compliance Department for further review.
We aim to resolve most complaints within 21 business days. For more complex issues requiring extra time, we will provide regular updates on the progress.
